Terms and Conditions

1. After receiving your application, your points will be registered, allowing us to monitor and upgrade your membership as needed.
2. To enjoy your Anya Elite Club privileges, you need to book in advance. However, please note that they are subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply.
3. Membership Discounts on food and beverage are also applicable to In-suite dining and mini bar items, as well as during special festive seasons such as Valentine’s, Christmas, and New Year’s. Additionally, these membership discounts cannot be combined with corporate packages, offers, or promotions.
4. Membership discounts on Niyama Wellness Center are applicable for all types of treatments and services. Discounts cannot be combined with corporate packages, offers, or promotions.
5. If you do not engage in any activities within two years from the date of your application, your accumulated points will be forfeited, and your membership status will revert to the Bronze (Basic) Tier.
6. Accommodation discounts are applicable for direct bookings only. Points can be earned from dining outlets, Niyama & Suite accommodations.
7. Accommodation Points are applicable for individual and social bookings, but they are not valid for corporate reservations. For social bookings, a minimum of 10 rooms is required.
8.  Anya Elite Club is non-transferrable.
9.  Points earned cannot be shared or transferred to another Anya Elite Club member’s account. 
10. Members are entitled to a 20% discount on food and beverage for a group of up to 10 people during each visit.
11. In case your card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced, but the process will necessitate a notarized affidavit of loss and an official letter of request.
12. Anya Elite Club reserves the right to alter or modify the terms without prior notice to the members.
